Diagnostic imaging is an important part of investigating illness and injury. These tools provide valuable information to help identify the cause of your pet’s symptoms, assess their condition and guide the most appropriate treatment. We offer digital X-Rays and ultrasound to investigate a wide range of conditions!

X-Rays.

Ultrasound.

X-Rays are an important diagnostic tool that help us better understand what is happening internally.
It is a non-invasive way to assess bones, joints and surrounding tissues, helping us identify injuries, illness and other conditions.

We also perform dental radiographs which allow us to see below the gumline (entire tooth structures, including the roots and surrounding bone), to accurately diagnose dental disease. Please visit our dentistry page for more information.

Having X-Ray facilities available within our clinic allows us to investigate concerns promptly and reach a diagnosis more efficiently. This means we can provide you with answers sooner, and develop the most appropriate treatment plan to support your pet’s health and wellbeing!

Ultrasonography is a non-invasive diagnostic tool which uses sound waves, creating real-time images of the body’s internal organs and structures. Ultrasound can help us reach a diagnosis quickly, so we can better understand your pet’s condition and determine the most appropriate care.

When specialised ultrasound is needed, our clinic works with experienced ultrasonographers or specialists who attend our clinic to perform the examination. This means your pet can receive this specialised care in a familiar environment, without the need to travel to another clinic.
